I wanted to get more of my trip journal posted tonight - so you'll have to scroll down a bit if you don't want to go out of order - I posted parts 5, 6, and 7 all tonight.
I wanted to get those posted earlier in the week, but we are working on upgrading our security software, and apparently in the process, the firewall settings blocked my wireless internet access. Go figure. Well, I'm back up and running again - for now...
I've got a couple more parts to post tomorrow to finish off the journal, and will post a few other random thoughts about the trip here and there over the next couple weeks. That way, I can get back to posting about our Iowa life next week...
